We couldn’t be happier with Puntillo & Crane. From the moment you walk you know you are in great hands. The whole staff is wonderful. We have had such a positive experience.

Went in for a Orthodontist Consultation for my daughter. When we entered we were greeted by the sweetest receptionist who took her time to make my daughter feel welcomed and did all she could to ease her nerves. Next the technician that took her x-rays and pics was so patient and understanding. Next we saw Melissa who walked my daughter through what the Dr. Would do when he came in. Dr. Crane did an outstanding job with her and explained everything not only to me but to her as well.
Overall a great experience. -
Puntillo and Crane have been amazing to work with since the first day we started! Thank you for your time and patience with each person that walks in.
I just wanted to say that Dr.Puntillo, Dr,Crane and the team are awesom and so caring and so nice to me. I am happy that I go to your building to get my braces and I hope to have even more memories to come.

I have found that the staff is very friendly and caring at all three locations. However, the Crown Point office is my favorite. Everyone is extremely helpful. They helped us get approved for the Smiles Change Lives program.
Dr. Puntillo is nice and has a good sense of humor. Dr. Crane is also funny, and he explains what he's doing, and why. No one seems to rush you or anything, which is nice. The people genuinely care about the patients, which I think can be hard to find.

I love Puntillo and Crane Orthodontics. I would refer to you to who ever needs braces that I know. I wouldn't want to use and other orthodontist office then Puntillo and Crane Orthodontics.
