The doctors are nice. They make sure you understand everthing and are patient with you.

Our 8 year old daughter had her initial visit today at the Crown Point Office. I was very impressed with the pre-read material and pre-appointment follow up performed by the office personnel; however it was even more impressive once arriving to the office. The staff was very welcoming, we received a tour of the office and everything was carefully explained to us. I am not sure what I was expecting from an orthodontist's office; however I can tell you that when we left I wanted to tell everyone about what a great visit we had, how wonderful the staff was and the available technology is pretty amazing. Thank you and we will see you again in 6 months.

Puntillo and Crane Ortho is a wonderful place to go! All the staff is always smiley and welcoming! Everyone should go here if they get braces!

I love the new renovations in the Valpo office. I'm excited about earning point on my new Puntillo Points cards. Now, I look forward to going to the Orthodontist. :)
