From start to finish, our first experience with a mere consultation was outstanding. The staff treat the children with a level of respect and maturity, even the youngest ones. They speak to them kindly and listen and explain to them in detail.

I went in for my initial meeting for treatment and everyone was so kind. Being an adult patient it can be nerve-racking trying to understand everything. Dr. Crane was very thorough when going over my treatment plan and even gave me options. The scanning/x-ray process went smoothly and the tech was thorough as well. Orthodontics is something I have stressed about and now I am very confident in the care I will receive through Puntillo & Crane!
