Puntillo & Crane Orthodontics Review

Puntillo & Crane’s staff is excellent at making their patients feel welcomed, including myself. The staff here does an amazing job with not only their child patients but also their adult patients! During my consultation the lady who did my X-rays reassured me that I shouldn’t feel insecure for having braces at an adult age. In fact she smiled and showed me that she had them on as well! Even at my consultation I didn’t feel insecure to show them my teeth, even though I’m very insecure about them. Dr. Crane did an excellent job explaining to me the process. He even showed me a 3D video of how my teeth will begin to shift with braces. Melissa did fantastic when setting me up for my payment plan. She was very thorough with her responses to all the questions I had!
