Went in for a Orthodontist Consultation for my daughter. When we entered we were greeted by the sweetest receptionist who took her time to make my daughter feel welcomed and did all she could to ease her nerves. Next the technician that took her x-rays and pics was so patient and understanding. Next we saw Melissa who walked my daughter through what the Dr. Would do when he came in. Dr. Crane did an outstanding job with her and explained everything not only to me but to her as well.
Overall a great experience. -

Very friendly staff, they set the bar high for customer service. They made my daughter feel important and three people wished her an early happy birthday on her first visit. She was all smiles when she left! She had her braces put on today and the assistant talked her through the whole process. We are very happy with their services!
Professional, knowledgable, and kind dentists and staff. Dr. Crane explained in detail what the process will be as well as took the time to answer ALL my questions and ease my concerns. Clean setting and great programs. I wish I had them when I first got my braces. HIGHLY recommended.

I am a patient at PUNTILLO & CRANE orthodontics, I had my first consultation recently and they were very welcoming, and friendly. They made sure I was comfortable the whole time and sounded very professional.I told everyone I know how cool the whole experience was ,and they were all jealous!
