Went in for a Orthodontist Consultation for my daughter. When we entered we were greeted by the sweetest receptionist who took her time to make my daughter feel welcomed and did all she could to ease her nerves. Next the technician that took her x-rays and pics was so patient and understanding. Next we saw Melissa who walked my daughter through what the Dr. Would do when he came in. Dr. Crane did an outstanding job with her and explained everything not only to me but to her as well.
Overall a great experience. -

Puntillo and Crane is very relaxed. You always know your in good hands. Everyone that works there is super nice and friendly. They help with any questions you have. I LOVE it! If you are planning on getting an orthodontist, I suggest Puntillo!

Puntillo and Crane Orthodontics is awesome! Even though tightening the wires hurts sometimes, their niceness pays off for it! They have an Xbox, free hot chocolate, a TV, a brushing station, and everyone is really really nice! No one would ever regret going there! I give it 5/5 stars because no where could be nicer!
I trust Puntillo and Crane Orthodontics because the doctors are professional. They are very polite as well. The doctor also explained very well what I needed to have done in order to fix my teeth. They also answered any questions that I had. I not worried about getting braces one bit because I trust Puntillo and Crane Orthodontics, and I looking forward to my next appointment.
