Went in for a Orthodontist Consultation for my daughter. When we entered we were greeted by the sweetest receptionist who took her time to make my daughter feel welcomed and did all she could to ease her nerves. Next the technician that took her x-rays and pics was so patient and understanding. Next we saw Melissa who walked my daughter through what the Dr. Would do when he came in. Dr. Crane did an outstanding job with her and explained everything not only to me but to her as well.
Overall a great experience. -

All three of our boys completed treatment at Puntillo & Crane. We had a positive experience with all three. The entire staff at all locations are friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. We highly recommend Puntillo & Crane.
First impression means a lot to me when entering into a office. From speaking on the phone and scheduling my daughter's appointment from entering the office was smooth sailing. Every staff member I spoke with was very polite and answered all of my concerns. Very pleased and happy with our first visit and can't wait to see my daughter's new smile in less than a year!
