Went in for a Orthodontist Consultation for my daughter. When we entered we were greeted by the sweetest receptionist who took her time to make my daughter feel welcomed and did all she could to ease her nerves. Next the technician that took her x-rays and pics was so patient and understanding. Next we saw Melissa who walked my daughter through what the Dr. Would do when he came in. Dr. Crane did an outstanding job with her and explained everything not only to me but to her as well.
Overall a great experience. -

My son was very nervous coming in the first time and the staff went above and beyond to help him calm down and relax.
The staff was always super nice and professional. I always felt comfortable discussing any questions that I had during the process and they always addressed my concerns. I love my new smile!
We had an excellent experience at my son Evan’s ortho consult. He was very apprehensive about his appointment, and the staff all made him feel at ease right away. Dr. Gardener provided me with detailed, thorough information about my son’s treatment plan and was so very kind as well. I have another son who has been a patient here at Puntillo and Crane for the past year, and we’ve always had a great experience.
