Went in for a Orthodontist Consultation for my daughter. When we entered we were greeted by the sweetest receptionist who took her time to make my daughter feel welcomed and did all she could to ease her nerves. Next the technician that took her x-rays and pics was so patient and understanding. Next we saw Melissa who walked my daughter through what the Dr. Would do when he came in. Dr. Crane did an outstanding job with her and explained everything not only to me but to her as well.
Overall a great experience. -

This place is so nice. I love all of the staff they are super nice. I am glad that I chose this place I highly recommend this place to all kids how need braces.
So happy I chose Puntillo & Crane! Everyone is always so sweet & easy to talk to when i’m there. The ladies on the phone are wonderful and they make it super easy to make/reschedule appointments! A wonderful group of people, I would recommend this place to anyone!
I love this place so much. Right away when I came into the building, they made sure that I knew what I was doing. I right away felt welcome which made me very happy. I recommend this place if you love to be treated nicely and welcomed. They also made sure that I knew what they were talking about. They also gave me everything I needed for my braces and they were very nice. I will be looking forward for my next visit.
