Went in for a Orthodontist Consultation for my daughter. When we entered we were greeted by the sweetest receptionist who took her time to make my daughter feel welcomed and did all she could to ease her nerves. Next the technician that took her x-rays and pics was so patient and understanding. Next we saw Melissa who walked my daughter through what the Dr. Would do when he came in. Dr. Crane did an outstanding job with her and explained everything not only to me but to her as well.
Overall a great experience. -

I really love the puntillo and crane orthodontist office! It has an x-box, free wifi, you can earn gift cards, and it even has a place to brush your teeth if you didn't before you appointment. The staff is really nice! They made me feel a lot more comfortable and a lot less nervous about getting braces.
My brother got his braces off today. I am just getting mine on. But Dr. Puntillo made Robby's teeth look great so I don't even mind getting braces. I know it will be worth it!
You guys are honestly so nice! I've never been somewhere that they care about the patient so much.
Very friendly staff, they set the bar high for customer service. They made my daughter feel important and three people wished her an early happy birthday on her first visit. She was all smiles when she left! She had her braces put on today and the assistant talked her through the whole process. We are very happy with their services!
