Went in for a Orthodontist Consultation for my daughter. When we entered we were greeted by the sweetest receptionist who took her time to make my daughter feel welcomed and did all she could to ease her nerves. Next the technician that took her x-rays and pics was so patient and understanding. Next we saw Melissa who walked my daughter through what the Dr. Would do when he came in. Dr. Crane did an outstanding job with her and explained everything not only to me but to her as well.
Overall a great experience. -

Dr. Puntillo is always calm and reassuring. Even though my mouth was a disaster he just took it as a challenge.

Friendly staff! Great atmosphere! My daughter normally is very shy and can be quite difficult at dentist offices; however, since our first visit she felt welcomed and included. My daughter asked questions and they answered with respect and acknowledgment. It made me, as a mother, become more relaxed about the experience for my daughter. She is very happy to get braces, as well as, earn points to get rewards! I would highly recommend Puntillo &Crane Orthodontics!
Highly recommened. The first walked in they were so nice! I loved the kids club and all of that. I also loved how the X-ray was very smooth and quick. It was awesome.
The service was very fast, and we could get an appointment in very quickly. Very nice staff and the points system is pretty cool, too. Overall a great place to get braces or just for a checkup.
