Went in for a Orthodontist Consultation for my daughter. When we entered we were greeted by the sweetest receptionist who took her time to make my daughter feel welcomed and did all she could to ease her nerves. Next the technician that took her x-rays and pics was so patient and understanding. Next we saw Melissa who walked my daughter through what the Dr. Would do when he came in. Dr. Crane did an outstanding job with her and explained everything not only to me but to her as well.
Overall a great experience. -

Puntillo & Crane have been the best orthodontic experience we can have for our daughter. She was nervous getting them on but they helped her transition into braces easily. All the staff members are pleasant and professional. She got her braces off today and she is loving her smile. Thank you!
These people are amazing! What started off as a smile that my son hated has already become a smile he shows so much more often. They are not only improving his teeth but his self-esteem and confidence as well. All this is after only a few months! We look forward to the end result, of course, but his life is already improved so much. Thank you
