Went in for a Orthodontist Consultation for my daughter. When we entered we were greeted by the sweetest receptionist who took her time to make my daughter feel welcomed and did all she could to ease her nerves. Next the technician that took her x-rays and pics was so patient and understanding. Next we saw Melissa who walked my daughter through what the Dr. Would do when he came in. Dr. Crane did an outstanding job with her and explained everything not only to me but to her as well.
Overall a great experience. -

All of the people at the front desk are very helpful and extremely kind. They are not just nice, but they also know how to help people when they have questions. I once went to the wrong office and they were able to get me an appointment the same day in the office that I wanted. Both of the orthodontists are very kind and professional. I have only ever had one problem which they fixed the very next day.
We have been very happy with the professionalism and care of the office. We were well informed during the entire process and would highly recommend Puntillo and Crane!
