Went in for a Orthodontist Consultation for my daughter. When we entered we were greeted by the sweetest receptionist who took her time to make my daughter feel welcomed and did all she could to ease her nerves. Next the technician that took her x-rays and pics was so patient and understanding. Next we saw Melissa who walked my daughter through what the Dr. Would do when he came in. Dr. Crane did an outstanding job with her and explained everything not only to me but to her as well.
Overall a great experience. -

I just got my braces off last week and I am very happy with the results.
Puntillo & Crane was very thorough during my consultation. I left there feeling very comfortable about what I could expect during my treatment. Everyone was kind and explained everything to me. I recently had my braces put on & they took the time to explain what was happening & what I could expect during the following days. They even called a few days after to check on me & see if I had any questions.
I would definitely recommend Puntillo & Crane!
When i came for the first time, everyone was so nice. they were nice enough to give me a tour! i am looking for to my next visit. :)
First appointment was great. Everyone was friendly, and the office was clean and organized. Melissa was very knowledgeable and made the process quick and easy. I am looking forward to beginning my treatment.
