Went in for a Orthodontist Consultation for my daughter. When we entered we were greeted by the sweetest receptionist who took her time to make my daughter feel welcomed and did all she could to ease her nerves. Next the technician that took her x-rays and pics was so patient and understanding. Next we saw Melissa who walked my daughter through what the Dr. Would do when he came in. Dr. Crane did an outstanding job with her and explained everything not only to me but to her as well.
Overall a great experience. -

I love the staff and the way that the office does things. I am excited to come every time. The staff look like there are happy to be there and enjoy there job. The staff is really polite. I love Puntillo and Crane Ortho!
We love Puntillo & Crane Orthodontics! The office is always clean and the staff is friendly. Drew loves to play video games while we wait for sarah. And Sarah is so excited to see her new smile when her braces come off!
I've been a patient since March and am very impressed with how great my smile already looks! Dr. Crane and Dr. Puntillo, are extremely talented and have a great staff.
I heard having braces hurts, but it doesn't hurt having them from here. I got a mouth guard for volleyball from them and so far, so good.
