Went in for a Orthodontist Consultation for my daughter. When we entered we were greeted by the sweetest receptionist who took her time to make my daughter feel welcomed and did all she could to ease her nerves. Next the technician that took her x-rays and pics was so patient and understanding. Next we saw Melissa who walked my daughter through what the Dr. Would do when he came in. Dr. Crane did an outstanding job with her and explained everything not only to me but to her as well.
Overall a great experience. -

I think Puntillo and Crane is a great place to go to because they do anything to help there customers and put the smile their customers want on there face. I still don't have my braces yet! But They are going to try to do everything they can to fix my overbite and the crouding in my mouth. They also have a great staff all nice and sweet ! Dr. Crane himself is a real perfeshional! I go to school with his kids too!
When I went to the Crown Point office for my consultation, I was pleasantly surprised at how efficient the check-in was and impressed with the state-of -the-art facility and equipment. Everyone I spoke with from the front desk to the x-ray tech to the doctor's assistant to Dr. Puntillo himself was very professional. I didn't feel they were rushing me through the consultation or pushing me to make a decision.
We have had nothing but great service during treatment.
