My 7 year old daughter was initially very apprehensive and nervous about her first evaluation appointment to discuss an expander and braces. We were very warmly received and immediately made to feel at ease. The Patient Coordinator was very friendly and personable. We were very happy with the pleasant and friendly attitude of Dr. Puntillo. He was incredibly patient with all of our questions and also made my young daughter feel safe and at ease. He did not push any un-necessary work on our daughter, and I loved that also. We decided that our game plan was to follow up in 6 more months and check my daughter's maturity level by then and have her stop sucking her thumb. Dr. Puntillo gave us great tips on how to kick the thumb sucking habits also. I felt satisfied that we have a game plane in place and also we were able to get a wonderful estimated cost. That was very helpful as well!

Beyond pleased with my first visit to Puntillo & Crane! Dr. Crane did an excellent job explaining all of my treatment options, what to expect, and how the process will be tailored to me. I feel incredibly informed and excited to get the process started! The whole staff has been warm & friendly. I look forward to this new adventure, and an amazing smile at the end!
