Went in for a Orthodontist Consultation for my daughter. When we entered we were greeted by the sweetest receptionist who took her time to make my daughter feel welcomed and did all she could to ease her nerves. Next the technician that took her x-rays and pics was so patient and understanding. Next we saw Melissa who walked my daughter through what the Dr. Would do when he came in. Dr. Crane did an outstanding job with her and explained everything not only to me but to her as well.
Overall a great experience. -

I love puntillo and crane they are so nice. They help and answer questions so you don't have to worry about not knowing what to do. Everyone there is so friendly. They work with your schedule. I live it here

I love Dr. Puntillo's work and the whole office.The staff is great.For example they have a touch screen computer and you touch the screen and put your first three letters of your last name and it will pull up your apointment.They also have a teeth brushing station. The brush has toothpaste in it. There's cups and mouthwash so you can have mouthwash. Last but not least they have video games and coloring in the waiting room.I recommend this place!
