Went in for a Orthodontist Consultation for my daughter. When we entered we were greeted by the sweetest receptionist who took her time to make my daughter feel welcomed and did all she could to ease her nerves. Next the technician that took her x-rays and pics was so patient and understanding. Next we saw Melissa who walked my daughter through what the Dr. Would do when he came in. Dr. Crane did an outstanding job with her and explained everything not only to me but to her as well.
Overall a great experience. -

The assistants and doctors at Puntill and Crane are so nice and friendly. They make me feel welcome any time I go to their office, and since I've been going since I was about 9, I've always felt safe. This is a great, sanitary place for anyone needing braces.
Puntillo is the best place to get braces. You feel save around them and they treat you like family. I love puntillo. They have many great ideas like playing an i pad while waiting to go into your appointment and making this awesome system to earn points and play games. They are always on time and I couldn't ask for a better orthodontics!
