Went in for a Orthodontist Consultation for my daughter. When we entered we were greeted by the sweetest receptionist who took her time to make my daughter feel welcomed and did all she could to ease her nerves. Next the technician that took her x-rays and pics was so patient and understanding. Next we saw Melissa who walked my daughter through what the Dr. Would do when he came in. Dr. Crane did an outstanding job with her and explained everything not only to me but to her as well.
Overall a great experience. -

My daughter started treatment after a bad bike accident 2 years ago. Her teeth look awesome and everybody makes you feel so comfortable!
We thoroughly enjoyed our first visit at Puntillo and Crane Orthodontics in Crown Point. The tour of the facility and the time spent with us to explain treatment options and the recommended treatment plan for our daughter was remarkable. The staff are all very friendly and explain everything thoroughly.
Puntillo and Crane has a very friendly environment. The staff is awesome! I love that they try to make it as fun as possible! Great orthodontist for all ages!
