The staff and doctors at Puntillo are excellent! The locations have been beautiful, sterile and professional. Care is taken from the moment you walk in until you leave making certain that you are greeted, that you have all the supplies you need, questions answered, if you need a note for school, etc. Dr. Crane and Dr. Puntillo are great! I highly recommend Puntillo and Crane!

Then you have everyone in the back assisting Dr. Crane and Dr. Puntillo. Professional, friendly and excellent at what they do.
Dr. Crane took care of me to make my smile great. He explained what would be going on with each visit and always made me feel comfortable and as if I was his #1 patient.

Friendly staff! Great atmosphere! My daughter normally is very shy and can be quite difficult at dentist offices; however, since our first visit she felt welcomed and included. My daughter asked questions and they answered with respect and acknowledgment. It made me, as a mother, become more relaxed about the experience for my daughter. She is very happy to get braces, as well as, earn points to get rewards! I would highly recommend Puntillo &Crane Orthodontics!

Love Puntillo & Crane and their entire team! Flexible schedules and office hours and several different locations are a huge bonus for my busy schedule. During this Covid-19 pandemic, they've made the transition VERY smooth and wait times are still virutally non-existant.

The staff are very nice. My 6 year old likes going to the orthodontist.

We were apprehensive about taking our 8 year old with a sensory disorder to the orthodontist, not only for him but we were also concerned about the cost. However, once we were at the office our worries slowly faded. The waiting room was spacious and welcoming even for the kiddos. All of the staff was kind and welcoming from the front desk staff to the Doctor himself. At the end of the visit we spoke with a staff member about the associated cost and let us know there was a convenient payment plan where they roughly broke up the cost over the duration of the time my sons braces would be on. I would recommend this office to anyone in need of orthodontics.
