Went in for a Orthodontist Consultation for my daughter. When we entered we were greeted by the sweetest receptionist who took her time to make my daughter feel welcomed and did all she could to ease her nerves. Next the technician that took her x-rays and pics was so patient and understanding. Next we saw Melissa who walked my daughter through what the Dr. Would do when he came in. Dr. Crane did an outstanding job with her and explained everything not only to me but to her as well.
Overall a great experience. -

We had our 1st visit. And, my Mom and I were quite impressed!!! The whole entire staff that we came in contact was super friendly! Made us feel so comfortable!! Thanks so much and we are looking forward on our next visit on September 19th!

I went in for my initial meeting for treatment and everyone was so kind. Being an adult patient it can be nerve-racking trying to understand everything. Dr. Crane was very thorough when going over my treatment plan and even gave me options. The scanning/x-ray process went smoothly and the tech was thorough as well. Orthodontics is something I have stressed about and now I am very confident in the care I will receive through Puntillo & Crane!
The staff here found out my sister was recently diagnosed with cancer and sent a very nice card. It was very kind.
