Went in for a Orthodontist Consultation for my daughter. When we entered we were greeted by the sweetest receptionist who took her time to make my daughter feel welcomed and did all she could to ease her nerves. Next the technician that took her x-rays and pics was so patient and understanding. Next we saw Melissa who walked my daughter through what the Dr. Would do when he came in. Dr. Crane did an outstanding job with her and explained everything not only to me but to her as well.
Overall a great experience. -

Everyone there is nice and amazing with kids. I never am sitting there waiting for my appointment.
This has to be one of the greatest experiences ever. My daughter has had no pain and is excited for her new smile!! The staff at all these offices have been so pleasant and helpful.

The Puntillo & Crane is a great place to go. The Price is great. And The people there actually do care. They go out of the way to make you feel comfortable, the staff there are very nice, and on top of it, they are helping us to get the smile we always wanted. Thank you Puntillo & crane.
