Went in for a Orthodontist Consultation for my daughter. When we entered we were greeted by the sweetest receptionist who took her time to make my daughter feel welcomed and did all she could to ease her nerves. Next the technician that took her x-rays and pics was so patient and understanding. Next we saw Melissa who walked my daughter through what the Dr. Would do when he came in. Dr. Crane did an outstanding job with her and explained everything not only to me but to her as well.
Overall a great experience. -

I had my orthodontic work done at Puntillo and Crane, and I cannot praise them highly enough. My teeth went from awkward, crooked and overlapping to picture perfect. The staff is great, there are multiple locations, and it's easy to find a quality treatment that works for you. Thank you Puntillo and Crane!

This place is the best if you come here you will get amazing customer service and in my opinion the best teeth you've ever had! Plus there's hot chocolate :)
Puntillo and Crane did a great job with my daughter's braces. She had a wonderful experience over the 16 months she worked with them. All the people there were great to work with and she loved earning points by doing well on her checkups. We are really satisfied with how beautiful her smile came out after she got her braces off.
