Went in for a Orthodontist Consultation for my daughter. When we entered we were greeted by the sweetest receptionist who took her time to make my daughter feel welcomed and did all she could to ease her nerves. Next the technician that took her x-rays and pics was so patient and understanding. Next we saw Melissa who walked my daughter through what the Dr. Would do when he came in. Dr. Crane did an outstanding job with her and explained everything not only to me but to her as well.
Overall a great experience. -

I had braces with Dr. Puntillo so it was a never a question of where we would go when my son needed an expander with braces. The whole office staff is great and they are so patient and kind!
All of the assistants were very nice. The doctors would always ask how I was doing that day. And usually the wait would not be too long.
We where very nervous at first it's been 18 years since our other daughter has had braces. They treat her like she is the only one there at the time. Everyone is very nice and very helpful.
