Went in for a Orthodontist Consultation for my daughter. When we entered we were greeted by the sweetest receptionist who took her time to make my daughter feel welcomed and did all she could to ease her nerves. Next the technician that took her x-rays and pics was so patient and understanding. Next we saw Melissa who walked my daughter through what the Dr. Would do when he came in. Dr. Crane did an outstanding job with her and explained everything not only to me but to her as well.
Overall a great experience. -

They do an amazing job fixing and replacing your braces. They have an excellent staff greeting you . I like going there because there staff is funny and joyful. I have been going there for almost 2 years now and I haven't had any complaints. Thank you guys for making my teeth straight.
The front desk receptionists are very friendly to everyone that comes through the door. When you have to sit in a chair having your teeth fixed is stressful for me but at the Schererville office, being able to look out the big windows really helps me. All of the staff are very kind and are very good at their jobs.
Highly reccomend Puntillo and Crane! Wonderful staff and office!
