All three of our boys completed treatment at Puntillo & Crane. We had a positive experience with all three. The entire staff at all locations are friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. We highly recommend Puntillo & Crane.

First impression means a lot to me when entering into a office. From speaking on the phone and scheduling my daughter's appointment from entering the office was smooth sailing. Every staff member I spoke with was very polite and answered all of my concerns. Very pleased and happy with our first visit and can't wait to see my daughter's new smile in less than a year!

The helpers there are super nice and are always checking in on me to make sure I'm not in pain and know what's happening. I love the rewards program and the contests. It makes getting braces much more enjoyable knowing there's something to look forward to. I was dreading getting impressions but when I found out I didn't need them I was very relieved. I haven't started treatment yet but am looking forward to earning points and cashing them in. I never feel uncomfortable there either. I love Puntillo & Crane Orthodontics already.
