Went in for a Orthodontist Consultation for my daughter. When we entered we were greeted by the sweetest receptionist who took her time to make my daughter feel welcomed and did all she could to ease her nerves. Next the technician that took her x-rays and pics was so patient and understanding. Next we saw Melissa who walked my daughter through what the Dr. Would do when he came in. Dr. Crane did an outstanding job with her and explained everything not only to me but to her as well.
Overall a great experience. -

I was so nervous about investing how to correct my bite as an adult. From the first phone call to my latest visit and messages in between, I feel like we are old friends. I went to Puntillo & Crane when I was 16 and they made my smile beautiful! Unfortunately, I lost my retainer and when my wisdom teeth were removed I started to notice gaps. They were able to get me back on a program with in house retainers and in 8 weeks I have already noticed my smile is back to how it used to be! The office is so friendly and made me feel very comfortable.
