Went in for a Orthodontist Consultation for my daughter. When we entered we were greeted by the sweetest receptionist who took her time to make my daughter feel welcomed and did all she could to ease her nerves. Next the technician that took her x-rays and pics was so patient and understanding. Next we saw Melissa who walked my daughter through what the Dr. Would do when he came in. Dr. Crane did an outstanding job with her and explained everything not only to me but to her as well.
Overall a great experience. -

Puntillo and Crane did a great job with my daughter's braces. She had a wonderful experience over the 16 months she worked with them. All the people there were great to work with and she loved earning points by doing well on her checkups. We are really satisfied with how beautiful her smile came out after she got her braces off.
The staff at Puntillo and Crane are always so nice. Very Helpful with any questions you may have, from the time you arrive, while your getting braces checked, till the time you leave. Always able to get right in if you have any issue with any brackets or wires poking, or if we need to pick up rubber bands.
