Went in for a Orthodontist Consultation for my daughter. When we entered we were greeted by the sweetest receptionist who took her time to make my daughter feel welcomed and did all she could to ease her nerves. Next the technician that took her x-rays and pics was so patient and understanding. Next we saw Melissa who walked my daughter through what the Dr. Would do when he came in. Dr. Crane did an outstanding job with her and explained everything not only to me but to her as well.
Overall a great experience. -

We love Puntillo. There office locations are convenient, staff is uber friendly and helpful. I have used Puntillo for both of my children’s orthodontic needs.
Very nice staff. Getting my braces was fast and easy. I even got to pick my own color.
My ortho consult went better than I could have hoped. The staff was so friendly and everything was explained to me at every step. I am confident that this will be a positive experience and that my results will turn out great when I complete treatment. The orthodontists are all highly trained so my smile is in good hands.
My son was very nervous coming in the first time and the staff went above and beyond to help him calm down and relax.
