Went in for a Orthodontist Consultation for my daughter. When we entered we were greeted by the sweetest receptionist who took her time to make my daughter feel welcomed and did all she could to ease her nerves. Next the technician that took her x-rays and pics was so patient and understanding. Next we saw Melissa who walked my daughter through what the Dr. Would do when he came in. Dr. Crane did an outstanding job with her and explained everything not only to me but to her as well.
Overall a great experience. -

The staff are very nice and make me feel comfortable each time I come in. This process makes me nervous but they make me feel better.
Staff was friendly and helpful. They answered all our questions putting us at ease. They were very willing to work with us on the financials!
It is very nice here and all the people are very descriptive and nice. They do great at there job and are really fun! I love the puntillo points and the waiting room! I definitely recommend going to this orthodontist! 😁
I do not have to wait a long time in the office for my appointment. The staff is very nice and they talk to me a lot. I like that they always explain what they are doing so I know what to expect.
