Went in for a Orthodontist Consultation for my daughter. When we entered we were greeted by the sweetest receptionist who took her time to make my daughter feel welcomed and did all she could to ease her nerves. Next the technician that took her x-rays and pics was so patient and understanding. Next we saw Melissa who walked my daughter through what the Dr. Would do when he came in. Dr. Crane did an outstanding job with her and explained everything not only to me but to her as well.
Overall a great experience. -

Starting with my first appointment I knew I chose the right Orthodontics office!
Starting with the ladies at the front desk who are always smiling and ready to help with whatever you need.
Then you have everyone in the back assisting Dr. Crane and Dr. Puntillo. Professional, friendly and excellent at what they do.
Dr. Crane took care of me to make my smile great. He explained what would be going on with each visit and always made me feel comfortable and as if I was his #1 patient.
And also Joanne in finance. Always happy to help me with any questions or paperwork I needed.
